I-75
lane closures scheduled this week
Hamilton County (Monday, May 11, 2015) – Resurfacing
work will require double lane closures on southbound Interstate 75 this week.
The closures will be in place each night beginning at 9 p.m. from
one mile north of I-275 (mile marker 17) to the Glendale-Milford exit (mile
marker 14), with all lanes reopening to traffic by 6 a.m. the following day.
In
addition, the ramp from eastbound Hopple Street to southbound I-75 (mile maker
3) will be closed for repairs to be performed to a damage impact attenuator.
Arrow
boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming road
and lane closures.
To
help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling
public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped
traffic while passing through the work zone.
