I-75/Hopple construction update
 
Hamilton County (Thursday, July 14, 2016) – Work on the Interstate 75/Hopple Street project requires the following lane and ramp closures Friday, July 15.
 
Close the ramp from Hopple Street to westbound I-74 at 1 a.m. Friday. The ramp will remain closed for 30 days with traffic detoured to north on Beekman Street to westbound I-74. This ramp closure was previously scheduled for 4 a.m. Friday.
 
In order to perform the ramp closure, the following traffic restrictions will be in place:
 
           Close the right lane closure of northbound I-75 south of the Western Hills Viaduct from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. Friday.
 
           Close the ramps from Bank Street and Harrison Avenue to northbound I-75 from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. Friday.
 
           Close the ramp from northbound I-75 to Hopple Street from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. Friday.
 
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming lane and ramp closures.
 
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
