RESCHEDULED AND ADDITIONAL WORK
Interstate 75/Hopple Street project update
Hamilton County (Monday, Nov. 28, 2016) – Work on the Interstate 75/Hopple Street project requires the following lane and ramp restrictions Tuesday, Nov. 29:
Various right lane closures on southbound I-75 from north of I-74 to the Hopple Street exit beginning at 7 p.m. Tuesday until 6 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30.
Also, eastbound I-74 to southbound I-75 will be closed from 10 p.m. Tuesday until 5 a.m. Wednesday. Traffic will use northbound I-75 to Mitchell Avenue exit (No. 6) to southbound I-75 for a detour.
In addition, various right lane closures on northbound I-75 from south of the Western Hills Viaduct to north of I-74 from 7 p.m. Tuesday until 6 a.m. the following day.
Close the ramps from Harrison Avenue and Bank Street to northbound I-75, and close the ramp from northbound I-75 to Hopple Street from 9 p.m. Tuesday until 5 a.m. Wednesday.
Rolling lane closures on northbound I-75 from south of the Western Hills Viaduct to north of I-74 from midnight Tuesday until 5 a.m. Wednesday. Traffic will be maintained with law enforcement officers.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the work zone, lane and ramp closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
