HAMILTON COUNTY (Tuesday, Oct.
28, 2014)
– Upcoming work on
the I-75 at Hopple interchange will require
the following closures this week:
Double
lane closure on northbound I-75 Tuesday, Oct. 28 through Saturday, Nov. 1,
beginning at 10 p.m. on weekdays, and 8 p.m. on weekends; reopening by 6 a.m.
the following day. Rolling road block will be in place Tuesday, Oct. 28, and
Thursday, Oct. 30, beginning at midnight, reopening by 5 a.m. the following
day.
The
ramp from southbound I-75 to Hopple Street will be closed Tuesday, Oct. 28
through Thursday, Oct. 30, beginning at 10 p.m., reopening by 5 a.m. the
following day.
Lane
closure on northbound Central Parkway, Tuesday, Oct. 28 and Wednesday, Oct. 29,
7 a.m. to 3 p.m.; lane closure on southbound Central Parkway, Wednesday, Oct.
29, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Full
closure of Marshall Avenue Tuesday, Oct. 28 through Saturday, Nov. 1, beginning
at midnight, reopening by 5 a.m. the following day. Flagging operation on
Marshall Avenue and various side streets between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. daily.
I-71/MLK
Work
on the I-71/Martin Luther King interchange project will require nightly lane
closures on northbound I-71 between the Taft Road and Dana Avenue exits,
beginning at 7 p.m. and ending at 6 a.m. Monday, Oct. 27 through Friday,
Oct. 31.
I-275/Blue Rock Road ramp closure
Construction work will require closure of the ramp from Blue Rock
Road to westbound Interstate 275, beginning 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct.
29.
During this two-week closure, traffic will detour to eastbound
I-275 to U.S. 27 to westbound I-275. Arrow boards and signs are in place prior
to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closures.
