I-75/Hopple Street construction update
Hamilton County (Monday, June 8, 2015) – Construction
work on Interstate 75 at Hopple Street will require the following
restrictions this week:
Close Bates Avenue and open a temporary
driveway for access to the city building driveways. Bates Avenue will remain
closed for approximately two weeks.
Close the shoulder on-ramp from Hopple Street to
westbound Interstate 74 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, June 8 through Friday,
June 12.
Close the right lane of southbound Central
Parkway between the Connector Road and Marshall Avenue from 9 a.m. Wednesday,
June 10 through 3 p.m. Thursday, June 16.
Various side street flagging operations
for material deliveries and equipment relocation 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
Arrow
boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming road
and lane closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers
as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their
speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
