I-75/Hopple construction update
Hamilton County (Friday, Nov. 6, 2015) –Construction work on Interstate 75 at Hopple Street will require the following closures next week:
One lane of southbound I-75 between I-74 and the Hopple Street bridge, beginning at 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8 and Monday, Nov. 9; the ramp from southbound I-75 to Hopple Street will be closed beginning at 10 p.m. both days; all lanes will reopen by 6 a.m. the following day.
Rolling closures on southbound I-75 from I-74 to the Western Hills Viaduct from 12:01 a.m. to 5 a.m. Monday, Nov. 9.
Flagging operations on various side streets from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming lane and rolling closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
