I-75/Hopple construction update

Hamilton County (Monday, Nov. 23, 2015) – Construction work on Interstate 75 at Hopple will require the following closures this week.

·         Closure of the left lane on southbound I-75 between I-74 and the Hopple Street Bridge, beginning at 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23 and Tuesday, Nov. 24, reopening to traffic by 6 a.m. the next day.

·         Various side street flagging operations for equipment and material deliveries from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23 through Wednesday, Nov. 25;

Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming road and lane closures.

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
