Interstate 75/I-74 Major Reconstruction Project Update

Hamilton County (Thursday, March 28, 2019) - The Interstate 75/I-74 Major Reconstruction Project requires the following restrictions:

Saturday, March 30 - Full closure of south Beekman St. from Colerain Ave. to Elmore St. - 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Full closure of the ramp from Colerain Ave./Beekman St. to east I-74 - 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Short-term full closures on I-74 and I-75 within the work zone - 12 midnight to 4 a.m. Traffic will be maintained with law enforcement officers.

Monday, April 1 and Tuesday, April 2 - Full closure of south Beekman St. from Colerain Ave. to Elmore St. nightly - 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Nightly lane closure on west I-74 from I-74/I-75 interchange to Montana Ave. from two hours after the end of the Reds game until 6 a.m. 

Nightly lane closure on Elmore St. from Beekman St. to Colerain Ave. - 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Ramp from Colerain Ave./Beekman St. to east I-74 will be closed nightly - 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Short-term nightly full closures on I-74 and I-75 within the work zone between midnight and 4 a.m. the following day. Traffic will be maintained with law enforcement officers.

Wednesday, April 3 - Lane closure on east I-74 from the Montana Ave. to the I-74/I-75 interchange from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.

Lane closure on Elmore St. from Beekman St. to Colerain Ave. - 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Full closure of south Beekman St. from Colerain Ave. to Elmore St. - 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Short-term full closures on I-74 and I-75 within the work zone nightly - 12 midnight to 4 a.m. Traffic will be maintained with law enforcement officers.

Thursday, April 4; Friday, April 5; Saturday, April 6 - Nightly lane closure on south I-75 from Mitchell Ave. to Montana Ave. - 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Nightly full closure of Elmore St. between Beekman St. and Colerain Ave. - 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Short-term full closures on I-74 and I-75 within the work zone - 12 midnight to 4 a.m. Traffic will be maintained with law enforcement officers.

Arrow boards and/or signs will alert motorists of the work zone and restrictions. All work is contingent upon the weather.

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone. Remember, move over or slow down.
