I-75 Lane Closures Scheduled
Hamilton County (Friday, May 6, 2011) – Lane closures on Interstate 75 between the Western Hills Viaduct and Third Street are scheduled next week as follows:
Monday, May 9 and Tuesday, May 10: One lane at 7 p.m., followed by a second lane at 10 p.m. on southbound I-75.
Wednesday, May 11 and Thursday, May12: One lane at 7 p.m., followed by a second lane at 10 p.m. on northbound I-75. All lanes will reopen to traffic by 5 a.m. the following day. Work is weather permitting
Law enforcement will be on hand to assist with traffic control. Arrow boards and signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming closure. To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
