Interstate
75/State Route 562 lane and ramp closures scheduled
Hamilton
County (Monday,
Sept. 26, 2016) – Bridge
and pavement work require lane and ramp closures this week.
Monday,
Sept. 26 and Tuesday, Sept. 27 – northbound Interstate 75 off ramp to
State Route 562 will be closed from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following day. Also,
close the right two lanes of northbound I-75 at SR 562 beginning at 8 p.m.
until 5 a.m. the following day.
In
addition, there will be short-term full closures of northbound I-75 at SR 562
from midnight to 5 a.m. the following day for equipment relocations.
Arrow
boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the work zone, ramp
and lane closures.
To
help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling
public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped
traffic while passing through the work zone.
