Interstate 75/Thru the Valley project update

West Forrer to close Feb.16 until Dec. 2019 

Hamilton County (Monday, Feb. 12, 2018) - Work on the Interstate 75/Thru the Valley project requires closing West Forrer Ave. between Moock Ave. and Shepherd Ln. beginning 8 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 16 until Dec. 2019 to construct a temporary ramp to southbound I-75.
There will be no access to West Forrer from Bacon St.; Eggerding Dr.; and Highland, Pershing, Home, Jonte, and Catherine aves.
Motorists should use North Copper Ave. as a detour.
Arrow boards and/or signs are in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and restrictions. All work is contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
