Interstate 71 Bridge Deck Replacement project
update
Hamilton County (Friday, Aug. 4, 2017) - A bridge deck pour and access for
the concrete trucks require the following closures next week.
Close the right lane of
northbound I-71 from the Lytle Tunnel to just north of the Eggleston Avenue
bridge from 9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 8 until 5 a.m. the following day.
Also, close the left
lane of the northbound I-471 ramp to northbound I-71 from 9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug.
8 until 5 a.m. the following day.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
