I-71 Bridge deck
replacement
Ramp and lane closures scheduled
Hamilton County
(Friday, June 9, 2017)
– Placement of decking
material requires closing the Interstate 471 southbound ramp from I-71 south
and Reading Road on Tuesday, June 13 and if necessary, Wednesday, June 14
between the hours 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
In addition,
material delivery requires closing one lane on the I-471 southbound ramp from 5th
Street and westbound Columbia Parkway. The 5th Street ramp to I-71
will remain closed beginning Friday, June 16.
Arrow boards
and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone,
ramp and lane closures.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
