Interstate 71 Repaving Project Update
Hamilton
County (Friday,
January 24, 2020) – Lane closures will be in effect on Interstate
71 next week for guardrail work.
Various right lane closures on I-71
South from state Route 126 to Kennedy Avenue nightly between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Monday, January 27 through Saturday morning, February 1. Traffic will be
maintained.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will alert motorists of the work zone and lane closures. All work is
contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone. Remember, move over or slow down.
