Interstate 71 lane closures scheduled for pavement work

Pavement work requires Interstate 71 lane closures
 
Warren/Hamilton County (Friday, Sept. 4, 2015) – Pavement work will require lane closures on Interstate 71 in Warren and Hamilton counties.
 
Beginning at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8 through Monday, Sept. 14, there will be various single lane closures on north and southbound I-71 between the Jeremiah Morrow bridge and the Clinton county line until 7 a.m. the following day.
 
Beginning at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15 through Friday, Sept. 18, one lane of northbound I-71 will be closed, with a double lane closure at 11 p.m., from Pfeiffer Road in Hamilton county to the Warren county line. All lanes will reopen at 6 a.m. the following day.
 
Beginning at 8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20 through Friday, Sept. 24, one lane of southbound I-71 will be closed, with a double lane closure at 11 p.m., from the Warren county line to Pfeiffer Road. All lanes will reopen at 6 a.m. the following day.
 
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closures.
 
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
