Hamilton County (Friday, April 11, 2014) – Film production work will require lane closures on Interstate 71 next week.
Work will require hold and release 15-minute closures of the right two lanes of southbound I-71 within the Lytle Tunnel from 11 p.m. Thursday, April 17 to 5 a.m. Friday, April 18. The Downtown-Riverfront St. /Third St. exit ramp will remain open to traffic.
Traffic delays may be significant and motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes.
Message boards will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
