Interstate 71 lane closures scheduled
Greene County (Tuesday,
April 16, 2019) - Pavement work requires various lane closures on
north and south Interstate 71 between just south of State Route 72 and the
Fayette County line weeknights from 8 p.m. until 8:30 a.m. Monday, April 29
through Monday morning, June 17. Traffic will be maintained.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will alert motorists of the upcoming restrictions. All work is contingent
upon weather.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone. Move over or slow down.
