Interstate 71 lane closures scheduled
Warren County (Monday, May 14, 2018) - Bridge work on the Clarksville
Road and Harveysburg Road bridges requires various lane closures on Interstate
71 beginning this week.
Various lane closures
on north and south I-71 between Clarksville and Harveysburg roads nightly from
6 p.m. until 9 a.m. the following day Monday, May 14 through Saturday morning,
June 2.
There will be no lane
closures between noon Friday, May 25 and 6 a.m. Tuesday, May 29 due to the
Memorial Day holiday.
Arrow boards and/or
signs are in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions. All work is contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
