Interstate 71 paving project update 

Hamilton County (Friday, Aug. 11, 2017) - Continuous pavement work requires nightly lane and ramp closures on Interstate 71 beginning next week. 
Various nightly lane closures on north and southbound Interstate 71 beginning at 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 14 through 6 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, between Dana Avenue and Ridge Road. Continuous left lane closure on southbound I-71 between Ridge Road and Dana Avenue beginning at 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 18 through Monday, Aug. 21.
In addition, the Ridge Road/Kennedy Avenue ramp to southbound I-71 will be closed beginning 10 p.m. Friday, Aug. 18 through 5 a.m. Monday, Aug. 21. 
Also, southbound I-71 traffic will be shifted to the right from the I-471 ramp to the Lytle Tunnel beginning 8 p.m. Monday. Aug. 14 until 6 a.m. Tuesday morning, Aug. 15.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and restrictions.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
