Interstate 71/MLK project update - ramp closures
starting tonight
Hamilton County (Thursday, Aug. 24, 2017) - There
will be various nightly ramp closures at the southbound I-71/Martin Luther
King, Jr. Drive intersection beginning at 9 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 24 and Friday,
Aug. 25 through 5 a.m. the following days. These closures will occur on only
one ramp at a time for
final grinding and smoothness tests.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should
remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing
through the work zone.
