Interstate 71/MLK project update
Hamilton
County (Monday, Aug. 14,
2017) - Various lane closures on north and southbound I-71 from McMillan
Avenue to Dana Avenue nightly from 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. the following day,
beginning Monday, Aug. 14 through Sunday, Aug. 20. Traffic will be
maintained.
Single
lane closures on Martin Luther King Drive from Harvey Avenue to Mentor
Street from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Aug. 14.
The
ramp from Martin Luther King Drive to southbound I-71 is scheduled to be
open to traffic at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 15.
Arrow
boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming
work zone and restrictions.
To
help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the
traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and
watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
