Interstate 71/MLK project update

Hamilton County (Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017) - Various lane closures on southbound I-71 between Dana Avenue and McMillan Street. Closures will begin at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017 until 6 a.m. the following morning, through Sunday, Sept. 10, 2017.
There will also be various lane closures on northbound I-71 between McMillian St and Dana Ave. Closures will begin at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017 until 6 a.m. the following morning, through Sunday, Sept. 10, 2017.
In addition, the ramp from southbound I-71 to Taft Rd will be closed beginning at 9 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017 and will be opening the following morning at 5:00 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, 2017.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and restrictions.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
