I-71/MLK lane
closures scheduled
Hamilton
County (Monday,
April 27, 2015) – The
following lane restrictions will be in effect to accommodate work on the
Interstate 71/Martin Luther King interchange project:
Monday,
April 27 - Southbound double left lane closure from 12:01 until 6 a.m. the
following day.
Friday,
May 1 - Southbound double left lane closure from 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. the
following day.
Monday,
May 4 through Thursday, May 7 - Southbound single lane closure beginning at 7
p.m., with a double lane closure at 9 p.m. All lanes will reopen to traffic by
6 a.m. the following day.
Arrow
boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work
zone and lane closures.
To
help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling
public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped
traffic while passing through the work zone.
