Interstate 75 Lane Restrictions Scheduled Next Week
Lebanon (Thursday, January 23, 2020) – Utility work requires various lane closures on Interstate 75 South
at the Hamilton-Butler County line next week.
On Thursday, January 30, the southbound
driving (slow speed) lane of I-75 South will be closed during the late night
hours for crews to repair the Road and Weather Information Sensor (RWIS)
at the county line.
Restrictions will be in place beginning
at approximately 11 p.m. and will continue until 1 a.m. or all work is
completed. Completion of the project will be contingent upon the weather.
Arrow boards and/or signs will alert
motorists of the work zone and lane closure, and to help ensure the safety of
the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should
remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing
through the work zone.
