Interstate 75 lane and ramp closures scheduled for bridge work
Warren/Butler Counties (Tuesday, March 29, 2016) – Bridge work requires lane and ramp closures on Interstate 75 this week.
Various lane closures on north and southbound I-75 between Hendrickson Road overpass the rest area beginning each night at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 29 and Wednesday, March 30, with all lanes reopening at 6 a.m. the following day.
Close the ramp from eastbound SR 73 to northbound I-75, beginning at 9 p.m. Thursday, March 31, reopening at 6 a.m. the following day. In addition, various lane closures on north and southbound I-75 between Pennyroyal Road overpass and SR 123, beginning at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 30 and Thursday, March 31, reopening at 6 a.m. the following day.
All work is weather dependent and if necessary, will be pushed forward daily as necessary.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming lane and ramp closures. To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
