Interstate 75 lane and ramp closures scheduled
Hamilton County (Friday, Oct. 13, 2017) - Bridge and pavement work require
various lane and ramp closures beginning Sunday, Oct. 15.
The right lane of
northbound Interstate 75 at Vine Street (mile marker 6.5) and the ramp to
eastbound SR 562 (mile marker 7) will be closed from 8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15
until 6 a.m. Monday, Oct. 16.
In addition, these lane
and ramp closures will be in effect from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. the following day
Monday, Oct. 16 and Tuesday, Oct. 17.
Traffic will be
detoured to the Paddock Road ramp.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
