Butler County (Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015) – Overhead sign installation will require lane and full closures on Interstate 75 beginning Tuesday, Dec. 1.
A single lane closure on southbound I-75 between Cincinnati-Dayton Road and Union Centre Boulevard will begin at 6 p.m. followed by a double lane closure at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1 through Thursday, Dec. 3. In addition, there will be short-term, full closures between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. each night, with all lanes reopening to traffic by 5 a.m. the next day.
Traffic will be maintained and delays may be lengthy.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming lane and full closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
