Interstate 75 lane closure scheduled for utility work
Hamilton County (Monday, June 8, 2015) – Utility work will require a lane closure on Interstate 75 this week.
Beginning at 2:30 a.m. Thursday, June 11, the right lane of northbound I-75 will be closed between East Galbraith Road and Davis Street. Law enforcement officers will be used to maintain traffic and the lane will be reopen by 6 a.m.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closure.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
