Interstate 75 ramp, U.S. 50/Fort Washington Way
closures scheduled
Hamilton County (Monday,
Oct. 22, 2018) - Pavement work requires closing the ramp from
south I-75 to Fort Washington Way (FWW) from 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25 until 6
a.m. Friday, Oct. 26.
In addition, full closure of east U.S.
50/FWW with all traffic being detoured to Second Street or south I-75 alternate
routes.
Also, the left two lanes of east U.S.
50/FWW wiill be closed with all I-71 traffic continuing onto north I-71 using
the right two lanes of east U.S. 50.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions. All work is contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
