Interstate 75 short-term full closures scheduled
Butler County (Wednesday, March 9, 2016) – Utility work requires short-term full closures on north and southbound Interstate 75 near Crescentville Road (mile marker 16), north of I-275, next week.
Short-term full closures will begin at 11 p.m. Sunday, March 13, reopening at 5 a.m. the following day.
These closures will also be in effect beginning at midnight Monday, March 14 and Tuesday, March 15, reopening at 5 a.m. the following day. If necessary, the full closures will be used on Wednesday, March 16 beginning at midnight, reopening at 5 a.m. the following day.
Traffic will be maintained with law enforcement officers and all work is weather dependent.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the full closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
