Interstate 75/Hopple Street project update
Hamilton County (Wednesday, March 1, 2017) – Work on the Interstate 75/Hopple Street project requires the following restrictions this week:
Various lane closures on Central Parkway and the Connector Road from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today and Thursday, March 2.
Beginning at 8 p.m. Thursday, close the right lane of eastbound I-74 from Colerain Avenue to just north of Monmouth Street at southbound I-75 until 6 a.m. Friday, March 3. Also, close the left lane of northbound I-75 from Hopple Street to just south of I-74 beginning at 8 p.m., followed by a double lane closure at 10 p.m. All lanes will reopen by 6 a.m. Friday.
In addition, rolling closures on northbound I-75 from Hopple Street to just south of I-74 between 12:01 a.m. and 5 a.m. Friday.
Traffic will be maintained with local law enforcement officers and all work is dependent on weather.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the work zone and lane closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
