Interstate 75/Hopple Street project update
Hamilton County (Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2017) - The Interstate 75/Hopple
Street project requires the following restrictions this week:
Double lane closure on
northbound Interstate 75 from just south of the Western Hills Viaduct to just
south of Hopple Street from 10 p.m. until 4 a.m. the following day each night
Tuesday, Sept. 26 and Wednesday, Sept. 27.
In addition, close the ramp from Winchell Avenue/Bank Street to
northbound I-75 and the ramp from the Western Hills Viaduct to northbound I-75
from 10 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 26 until 4 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of
the upcoming work zone and restrictions.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
