Interstate 75/I-74 Major Reconstruction Project
Update
Hamilton County (Friday,
October 18, 2019) - The Interstate 75/I-74 Major
Reconstruction project requires the following restrictions tonight:
Friday, October 18 - Single lane closures on I-75 North and South between
Monmouth Street and Mitchell Avenue from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. Saturday, October
19.
- Double lane closure on I-75
South from Mitchell Avenue to Monmouth Street from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m.
Saturday.
- Short-term full closures on I-74 and I-75 within the
work zone from midnight until 4 a.m. Saturday.
Sunday, October 20 - Single lane closures on I-75 South from Mitchell Avenue to
I-74 from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. Monday, October 21.
- Short-term full closures on
I-75 South from Mitchell Avenue to I-74 from midnight until 4 a.m. Monday.
Traffic will be maintained with law enforcement officers.
Close the ramp from
Colerain Avenue to I-74 West from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. Monday, October 21.
Close the ramp from eastbound
Hopple Street to I-75 South from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. Monday.
Short-term full closures on I-74 and I-75 within the
work zone from midnight until 4 a.m. Monday.
To help ensure the safety of the
construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain
alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through
the work zone. Remember, move over or slow down.
