Interstate 75/I-74 Major Reconstruction project update

 
Hamilton County (Friday, Dec. 7, 2018) - Work on the I-75/I-74 Major Reconstruction Project includes the following restrictions:
Friday, Dec, 7:
  • Various lane closures on south I-75 from Monmouth Street to Clifton Avenue and on north I-75 from Mitchell Avenue to Monmouth Street from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.
  • Lane closure on east I-74 between the I-74 and I-75 interchange and the Beekman Street ramp to west I-74 from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.
Saturday, Dec. 8
  • EMERGENCY RAMP CLOSURE: I-74 east ramp to I-75 north beginning 11 p.m. through 6 a.m. Monday, Dec. 10 **The Ramp will be closed the entire day Sunday, Dec. 9.
  • Lane closure on south I-75 from Monmouth Street to Clifton Avenue from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. Sunday.
  • Lane closure on east I-74 between the I-74 and I-75 interchange and the Beekman Street ramp to west I-74 from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.
Sunday, Dec. 9:
  • Lane closure on east I-74 between the I-74 and I-75 interchange and the Beekman Street ramp to west I-74 from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.
Monday, Dec. 10
  • Lane closure on Elmore under the I-74 westbound bridge from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m.
  • Lane closures on north I-75 between Monmouth and Clifton from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m.
  • Hopple Street ramp closure to I-74 west/I-75 north from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m.
Tuesday, Dec. 11
  • Lane closure on lane closure on north I-75 from Monmouth Street to Clifton from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. Wednesday.
  • Lane closure on east I-74 between the I-74 and I-75 interchange and the Beekman Street ramp to west I-74 from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.
Wednesday, Dec. 12:
  • Lane closure on I-75 north from Monmouth to Clifton from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.
  • Lane closure on east I-74 between the I-74 and I-75 interchange and the Beekman Street ramp to west I-74 from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.
Arrow boards and/or signs will alert motorists of the work zone and restrictions. All work is contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone. Remember, move over or slow down.
