Interstate 75/SR 73 ramp and lane closures

Warren County (Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2014) – Pavement work on the new entrance ramp from State
Route 73 to northbound Interstate 75 requires a ramp closure this weekend.
The
ramp from east and westbound SR 73 to northbound I-75 will be closed for
pavement work from midnight Friday, Aug. 22 until 4 a.m. the following day. The
ramps at SR 123 to the south and Austin Pike to the north will be open to
traffic.
Also,
the right lane of northbound I-75 at the SR 73 exit will be closed from 6 p.m.
Friday, Aug. 22 until 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 23.
Portable
message signs are in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the
upcoming ramp closure. To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as
well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed
and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
