Interstate 75 Thru the Valley project update
Hamilton County (Monday, Oct. 2, 2017) - Various lane and shoulder
closures on north and southbound Interstate 75 and the collector ramps, from
south of Shepherd Avenue to north of Glendale Milford Road nightly from 8 p.m.
until 6 a.m. through Wednesday, Nov. 1.
In addition, daily lane
closures on Glendale-Milford Road over I-75 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. through
Wednesday, Nov. 1.
The traffic shift for
southbound I-75 from south of Shepherd Avenue to north of Wyomig Avenue,
shifting lanes to the east, was originally scheduled for this week. This start
date has been changed to the first week in November, and the shift will remain
in place until Oct., 2018.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of
the upcoming work zone and restrictions.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
