Interstate 75 Thru the Valley project update
Hamilton County (Thursday, Oct. 12, 2017) - Continued various lane and
shoulder closures on north and southbound Interstate 75 and the collector
ramps, between Shepherd Avenue and Glendale Milford Road, nightly from 8 p.m.
until 6 a.m. through Wednesday, Nov. 1.
Also, short-term full
closures on southbound I-75 at Glendale-Milford Road and the collector ramp for
equipment mobilization beginning at 11 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19 for the ramps,
and at 12:01 a.m. for I-75, until 4 a.m. Friday, Oct. 20. Traffic will be
maintained by law enforcement officers.
In addition, full
closure of the southbound I-75 collector ramp to Glendale-Milford Road nightly
from 11 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following day, Wednesday, Oct. 18 through
Saturday morning, Oct. 21. The detour uses I-75 and Shepherd.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
