Interstate 75/Thru the Valley project update
Hamilton County (Monday, Oct. 15, 2018) - Boring work on the
Interstate 75/Thru the Valley project requires the following restrictions
beginning tonight.
Various lane closures
on north I-75 at East Wyoming Avenue nightly from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. Monday,
Oct. 15 and Tuesday, Oct. 16.
Various lane closures
on south I-75 at East Wyoming Avenue nightly from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. Tuesday,
Oct. 16 and Wednesday, Oct. 17.
Lane closures will
progress from the east side to the west side of I-75, depending on the speed of
the boring equipment.
Arrow boards and/or
signs are in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions. All work is contingent upon the weather and if needed, work will
be rescheduled accordingly.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
