Lane closures scheduled for U.S. 22
Hamilton County (Friday, Sept. 2, 2011) - Paving operations on U.S. 22 will require lane closures next week, beginning Tuesday, Sept. 6.
Lane closures are scheduled from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. through the week for resurfacing work which will begin at the intersection with Fields Ertel Road and continue to Kemper Road.
Arrow boards and signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming road closure.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
