Lane closures scheduled for highway lighting work
Hamilton
County (Wednesday,
Dec. 31, 2014) – To accommodate highway lighting work, the following lane
closures are scheduled from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. next week:
Monday,
Jan. 5:
Left lane of southbound I-75 between Sharon Road and SR 561, with closure
switching to northbound once southbound is complete.
Tuesday,
Jan. 6:
Left lane of southbound I-71 between Pfeiffer Road and Red Bank Road, with
closure switching to northbound once southbound is complete.
Wednesday,
Jan. 7:
Left lane of eastbound I-275 between SR 126 and I-71 exit ramp, with closure
switching to westbound once eastbound is complete.
Thursday,
Jan. 8:
Right lane of westbound SR 126 between Ridge Road and Ridgeway Avenue, with
closure switching to eastbound once westbound is complete.
Arrow
boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming lane
closures.
To help
ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public,
motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic
while passing through the work zone.
