North Clarksville Road to close for I-71 bridge
work
Warren County (Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2017) - Bridge work on North
Clarksville Road over Interstate 71 requires a full closure of North
Clarksville Road between Wimington and Oregonia roads from 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct.
31 until approximately 3 p.m. Wednesday, February 28, 2018.
Local access will be maintained
but through traffic is prohibited. The detour will use State Route 73,
Wilmington, Harveysburg, Harlan-Carroll, Oregonia, Brooks-Carroll and
Clarksville roads.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
