Pete Rose Way daily closures scheduled
Hamilton County (Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2016) – Bridge work requires daily full closures of Pete Rose Way (Second Street) between Smith Street and Rose Street.
Beginning this week, the road will be closed daily from 7 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, until Dec. 16. The detour uses W. Pete Rose Way, Mehring Way and Gest Street. The driveways to The Dock and Longworth Hall on the east side of the closure will be maintained.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and full closure.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through a work zone.
