REMINDER
State Route 744 road closure scheduled for
culvert replacement
Butler County (Friday, Aug. 10, 2018) - Culvert replacement requires
closing State Route 744 between SR 503 and SR 122 beginning at 7 a.m. Monday,
Aug. 13.
SR 744 will be closed
approximately 0.5 miles east of SR 503 in Wayne Township. The detour uses north
SR 503 to east SR 122.
SR 744 will be open to
traffic by approximately 3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 17.
Arrow boards and/or
signs are in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and road
closure. All work is contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the safety
of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should
remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing
through the work zone.
