Bridge work requires lane and ramp closures next week
 
Hamilton County (Thursday, April 6, 2017)Bridge maintenance requires the following various lane and ramp closures, which have been rescheduled from this week to next week due to the weather.
 
Sunday, April 9: Double left lane closures on northbound Interstate 75 from the I-75/I-71 split to Western Hills Viaduct beginning at 9 p.m. Sunday until 6 a.m. Monday, April 10.
 
Monday, April 10: Double right lane closures on northbound I-75, and close the entrance ramps from Winchell and Freeman avenues onto northbound I-75, from 9 p.m. Monday until 6 a.m. Tuesday, April 11.
 
Tuesday, April 11: Double left lane closures on southbound I-75 from Hopple Street to Freeman Street/Ezzard Charles Drive/Liberty Street from 9 p.m. Tuesday until 6 a.m. Wednesday, April 12.
 
Wednesday, April 12: Double right lane closure on southbound I-75 from Hopple Street to Freeman Street/Ezzard Charles Drive/Liberty Street, and close the entrance ramp from Western Hills Viaduct onto southbound I-75 and the ramp from southbound I-75 to Western Avenue, from 9 p.m. Wednesday until 6 a.m. Thursday, April 13.
 
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and lane and ramp closures. All work is dependent upon weather.
 
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
