Interstate 71/MLK project update

Hamilton County (Monday, July 31, 2017) - Nightly various lane closures on north and southbound I-71 between McMillan and Dana avenues starting at 7 p.m. Sunday, July 30 through 6 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 5.
**Monday, July 31 and Tuesday, Aug. 1 - Short-term full closures on north and southbound I-71 between McMillan and Dana avenues from 11 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following day. Traffic will be maintained with local law enforcement officers.**
The northbound off-ramp to Martin Luther King Drive will be open to traffic on Wednesday, Aug. 2.
As a reminder, McMillan Street is now a two-way street from May Street to the northbound I-71 on ramp.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and restrictions.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
