Interstate 71 Repaving Projects Update

Hamilton County (Friday, July 13, 2018) - The following ramp closures are part of the Interstate 71 repaving projects from the Lytle Tunnel to State Route 126:
  • Close the ramp from Second Street to north I-71 from 9 p.m. Friday, July 13 until 5 a.m. Monday, July 16. Traffic will be detoured to the Fifth Street entrance.
  • Close the ramp from north I-471 to north I-71 from 9 p.m. Saturday, July 14 until 10 a.m. Sunday, July 15. Traffic will be detoured to north I-75 to east SR 562.
Arrow boards and/or signs will alert motorists of the upcoming restrictions. All work is contingent upon weather. 
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
