Further south on I-75, traffic will be switched to the newly constructed inside lanes on northbound I-75 from SR 63 to SR 122. To prepare for this traffic switch, one lane of northbound I-75 will be closed from SR 63 to SR 122 beginning at 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 6, with a two-lane closure to follow at 10 p.m.; all lanes will open to traffic by 6 a.m. Wednesday, July 7.

In addition, the ramp from northbound I-75 to SR 63 and the ramp from east and westbound SR 63 to northbound I-75 will be closed from 10 p.m. Tuesday, July 6, reopening to traffic 5 a.m. Wednesday, July 7.

Northbound I-75 traffic wishing to exit at SR 63 will be detoured to SR 122 to southbound I-75 to SR 63. SR 63 traffic is detoured south to the Liberty Way interchange to north on I-75.

Mason Road under I-75 will be closed to traffic nightly from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. July 7-9 and the week of July 12 for bridge demolition work.

This work is part of the widening and reconstruction of  I-75 in Butler and Warren counties.

ODOT has a Target: Zero goal for any and all safety hazards. To help ensure the safety of construction workers and the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through a work zone.
