Rolling closure on U.S. Route 40
Preble County (Thursday, Aug. 24, 2017) - In order to remove raised pavement
markers, there will be a rolling closure on eastbound U.S. 40 from the
Indiana/Ohio state line to just west of U.S. 127 until approximately 3 p.m.
today.
Traffic will be
maintained behind the rolling closure.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should
remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing
through the work zone.
