SR 122/123 closure to begin May 1

Red Lion SR 122/123 closure in place May 1
Warren County (Tuesday, April 30, 2013) – The closure of the west leg of State Route 122 and  north leg of SR 123 in Red Lion will begin Wednesday, May 1.
This closure, which is part of the Red Lion-Five Points Intersection realignment project, will be in place for 28 days.
 Traffic will be detoured to SR 741 to SR 73 to Interstate 75 to SR 123 at exit 36 or SR 122 at exit 32.
During the 28-day closure, work will take place to widen the SR 122 and SR 123 approaches at this intersection and to install a traffic signal.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming road closure.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
