State Route 126 lane and ramp closures at Winton Road
Hamilton County (Wednesday, July 6, 2016) – Slide repair along eastbound SR 126 at Winton Road requires lane and ramp closures beginning next week.
Beginning at 7:30 a.m. Monday, July 11, the ramp from eastbound SR 126  to northbound Winton Road will be closed each weekday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. The ramp will also be closed each week night between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following day. In addition, there will be nightly lane closures of the right lane of eastbound SR 126 near Winton Road during this time.
The detour will use SR 126, Galbraith Road and Winton Road. The ramp from eastbound SR 126 to southbound Winton Road will remain open and the scheduled completion date is the end of July.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and lane and ramp closures. All work is weather dependent.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
